a lovely song..
a lot has been happening.. too many events.. its bittersweet...
learnt a few things too! manage to improve myself in a way..
met quite a number of friends overseas..
went out with old friends.. way back from primary school...
learnt a truth about my family..
bumped into my HSS mates that i have not met or talk to since graduation...
picked up a few hobby.. relearn an old passion...
tried out a few new activities... and food too!
there are more activities coming up...
mostly, despite doing all those, i nvr forget to go back and forth to the hospital to visit my sister..
she is back home, gg through so much pain... >.<
if only i can do smth for her...
all this will end soon, next week is the last week of hols...
then back to sch, back to waking up early...
the only difference is instead of school, ill be working for the semester..
so many things on my mind.. too many to know which to ans..
sigh...
i remember telling mom that i make her proud one day,
she was smiling, knew exactly what the right words to say,
man i miss her and i cant wait to be back to the day,
back to the common simple beautiful day

i think, the few memorable moments over the holiday:
1. playing rock, paper, scissors with my nephew and lost to him 3/4 of the time..
2. went to Hort Park and spend the whole evening there taking photos in the rain
3. pick up dancing again after 6 years...
4. went to Snow City as a volunteer and spend time with kids!
i still rmb my kid, Alyssa Yeong - i even gave her my ring! :)
5. found a shoemate to go shopping with.
6. massaging my lower back that has been in pain for 8 years! (i dunno how is this memorable either! lol)
7. getting to know both my sister better
8. met new friends from overseas
9. shopping with my sister
10. trying new activities with Jada
11. wrote a story with my friend after reading:

12. tried to do music making and design shirts with D.
if only i could go back to yesterday... i would enjoy every moment all over again!
so even though, i am happy now,
never forget where i'm from and who i came to be,

I think its been awhile since i did this...

i was late.. big time! woke up damn late! went off without eating breakfast so i end up buying sushi from nihwa? (cant rmb the name)... then, went to the gym to meet jada...
it was hard after missing it for 3 wks.. probably will be able to get back on track by next wk...
1500 in school
another day cancelled due to meeting! Its regarding the competition, guess we will be doing in-house now... not that bad i guess... will still look forward to it..
1700 in school library
borrowed 5 books! finally found sidney sheldon again after soo long.. cant wait to get my hands on them!
2000 in Alexandra Hospital
Sis in the hosp.. not gonna be too detailed about it.. just that frustration builds up and im about to vent it out to the next person who tries to talk to me about it again...

somehow, im devoured to vamp stories...
NO im not referring to twilight...
she is not only full of vamp powers that has yet to be explored but,
she has a lil t ouché of vintage fashion.. (the power of imagination..)
besides that, she is into blending with humans and she isnt perfectly sculptured either...
which is kinda interesting in a way..
the best part of all is her on-off relationship with Jeremy Blade aka Angus Jeremiah Campbell III..
and she has a guard dog that goes by the name of Valdez aka Rafael..
best bud that is soo into fashion, Florence Da Vinci,
with her irritatingly-self-praise brother, Damian...
the list can go on and they have very antique names living as early as the 1600s...
its all in the book, none that i know of in real life except the name Jeremy...
i seriously find these stories cool! cant wait to read book 3!! yay!
currently waiting to be collected in the library.. whee~
It has been addictive but at least i manage to get my hands off it in school without gg insane...
I love the fact that Cass and I have smth to talk abt now! that idiotic best buddy of mine...
This week is pretty hectic with loads of project and assignment submissions...
under more pressure with me being the leader for BCM!!

im gg on the verge of insanity! but at least im laughing my head off everyday at random stuff...
im soo glad there is no project for Lighting or i would have gone insane too!!
its all cramp into ONE!!! damn! presentations cmin up...
one after another! i just wish i dun screw up badly...
the pressure is there is my grpmates are gd speakers!
can i get any worst? sigh...

spend my 2nd day of new year at National Museum!!
It was really worth it!! Though, its a waste i didnt bring my camera...
Thanks to YC, i get to go and see!! i am always interested in Egypt...
there are just too many mysteries and great history behind all the art...
Went there and get to read about some of the artefacts in detail!
(YC is gonna work there soon, envious of him! kyaa~)
his mom works there, so he is helping out..
that is where i got all the details from...
i had some understanding of the artefacts and part of the history...
but it was even btr to see it upclose.. esp knowing, that they use limestones to make the sculptures..
and the process of mummification (shown on discovery channel before)...
since all the artefacts are old, some had certain parts missing...
awed by all of them, but the one of the main feature, is the real mummy of a women...
i rmb coming across it before.. she was mummified but there are two infants with her..
assume to be 25 to 35 years old and she is a mistress, probably given birth before or after the process...
there was also a possibility that it was done when she was still alive.. O.O
the only sad thing is, they didnt do the mummification well, therefore there are some broken bones...
there was also a mummification of animals: i saw 3!
a cat
a sparrowhawk
and a crocodile
the one that looks more like a human is the sparrowhawk..
a much much smaller version... >.<
besides that, there are of course the accessories and their tombs in their scriptures...
which is seriously amazing! its like a code and it can be written left to right or right to left...
how cool is that?? other than that is their amulets and their mummy cases...
they really believe a lot in the after life.. there are even explanations of the ka and ba !
ka meaning their present bodies and ba meant for their soul...
there a lot more but its damn late and i gonna sleep before i miss classes again like i did on weds!

H APPY N EW Y EAR by
13 hours ...
okok... i was a lil hype up abt New Year...
wasn't into the shows of new year..
but i get to talk to my best buds online...
yes yes, saw their faces.. 4 of us were conferencing using oovoo!!!
we missed each other big time..
(curse Cass for ruining my surprise..)
but still, we talk all night till 3plus...
yes i was the first to log off...
too tired... plus, straining my neck by staring at the cam for a long time isnt a good choice either...
i bothered to text everyone personally with different msg...
shows how much i actually bothered to do so!
trust me, i hurt my fingers by the end of the day.. but it really was worth to do soo...
thank god, Matt was understanding and was ok with VCing... Fadly was the complaint king of the night...
and here i thought it would be awkward to go out with him alone after soo long...
but he totally ruin the moment and made me 'adore' him even more...
that jerk! kyaa~~~ i cant believe i was damn nervous abt it...
push that aside, i seriously have to blabber abt ytd's morn incident...
during Energy Audit, two grps was quarreling cause i have no grp...
the details are too complicated.. but the two grps were fighting!
and i was freaked out big time! one girl and one guy (my very tall bamboo grpmate!)
seriously, they shoutings was unbearable, and what's worst was my name involved in that argument... they kept spitting my freaking name out!

seriously, i felt partly guilty, but im glad the other guys clear it out for me...
telling me the girl has been a pain in the ass to them (their description! not mine!)
and yes that bamboo guy went to batam to celebrate new year? (i know.. RANDOM!)
weird but i felt slightly btr though the starings from the other classmates didnt make it any btr...
reconcile with my parents but definitely not my sister...
she is really a pain in the ass (yes i said it! a PAIN in the ASS!!!)
we have quarreled almost a wk! and im not giving in to her...
pssh... im a disappointment to her anyway...
whatever!
what else is there? ooo... kbs gayo daejun was the best...
YG family owned it, love the other stages too.. but the sbs and mbc totally ruined it...
so end up not watching that...
oo ooo... i went to Yuying concert on the 27th with ken and sodrin..
i nvr thought of gg back to those days...
but i went cause of my dear suhailin...
if it wasnt for her, i wouldn't go...
and yes, the DM, egan is suffering from nose cancer..
that was really sad, i really almost teared...
he played a beautiful solo of cant take my eyes of you..
there was a gb performance and i get to meet the other band members...
all haven change! still the bullies they were when i left.. LOL..
had dinner with them and went home with 4 guys...
seriously, i miss gg out with marcus! that asshole of mine..
maybe i should contact him soon, since we just live a few blocks away from each other...
oh yeah, my dear jada got me a heating pad for christmas (that i dun understand why)
but hahaha.. well, my partner full of randomness... i didnt even expect a gift.. >.<
i think i wrote a lil too long..

my pass week
for the pass wk, ive . . . 1) bought a pair of wedges watched avatar did my project and made my teammate change their mindset abt me lazing ard. pedicure friend's present. wondering if i should reborn my hair (the upper part: the curls are coming!!) enjoy the time my relative came here (from msia)bored of using my laptop (this shocks me still cause im still writing this.. >.<") addicted to thelma and YB fall in love , rihanna-te amo , B-sweet dreams (i nvr get tired of her songs!),GD-breathe [mind you! all are on replay! hehehe...]bought 2 shirts from fyeeeeee... WHEEE!!! (cant wait for it to arrive!! after 26 after 26 after 26)bothered to pick up skills from my dad abt photography! borrowed books and read it within 2 days each! (even im surprised..)went for an interview for my internship that turn out to be full of bitches! sheesh... i dont mind if im not chosen for it... (i literally mean it! im not the only one saying that too!!)receive a drum keychain from a friend who is back from Korea... still wondering if i should fight for a place (of 40 seats) to go Korea for a school trip next year in March... 16) rewatched big bang tv and looking forward for 2ne1 tv after christmas...realised that my birthday! (yes the one same as jae of dbsk) is not gonna be great! cause first: my 2 best buds is coming to give me a surprise but Cass break it to me after i complain to her... why is it not great? cause ill be in school from 8am to 7pm ... i btr make sure i dont cry tears of sadness that day... i dun wanna jinx myself! and its on a tues! while others have monday blues.. i have i have both MONDAY and TUESDAY blues... damn! but im gonna enjoy my last days of 2009 before the day that i dread soo much arrives...
